Interview
Not much of an interview, someone I knew recommended I check them out because I've been job hunting a while so they gave them my number. I got a call a couple days later with very little information about the details of the job. I went in person and a lady started to describe the history of the company and asked only a few questions that rarely tell who I am as a person. That was a big red flag. Towards the end I did not accept the job but she acted as if I did and was really pushing for me to join them. They also charge 120 dollars for a background check.
The interview process at Primerica typically involves an initial phone or in-person meeting where the recruiter explains the company’s business model, followed by a group or one-on-one interview focused more on recruitment and licensing than traditional job qualifications. It’s often geared toward bringing on independent contractors rather than offering salaried positions.
I had a video call of one hour program where they explained the company and the job description. It felt very professional yet relatable. The person in charge was very kind and took the time to explain everything relevant about the job.

Question 1
Did I have previous experience in the financial market industry?
Came in for two interviews. Lots of questions asking if I was ready to commit. It was weird because it felt pushy and like they were selling me. The interview was almost 3 hours because they wanted me to hang out and watch Ted talks.
