I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Primerica (Philadelphia, PA) in Apr 2017
Interview
It was very simple, we meet at one of the offices, sat down for a few minutes and then got a presentation about the company and what they do then talked about a marketing plan
The interview process at Primerica typically involves an initial phone or in-person meeting where the recruiter explains the company’s business model, followed by a group or one-on-one interview focused more on recruitment and licensing than traditional job qualifications. It’s often geared toward bringing on independent contractors rather than offering salaried positions.
I had a video call of one hour program where they explained the company and the job description. It felt very professional yet relatable. The person in charge was very kind and took the time to explain everything relevant about the job.

Came in for two interviews. Lots of questions asking if I was ready to commit. It was weird because it felt pushy and like they were selling me. The interview was almost 3 hours because they wanted me to hang out and watch Ted talks.
