They talked about the company and what the job duties consist of. They want to know and see if your a people person and can easily talk to people. They will ask you questions about what you liked or disliked about your current or previous job. If they think you will be a good fit fote the company they will hire you on the spot.

1. they add you onto a zoom call that appears as an interview and are wary of mentioning their name and then have you pay for an IBA and a subscription to "access" their website once they believe you're sold on working ther
2. they quickly sign you in order to get your money intially
3. training is strongly encouraged and you are told to study for your license
4. you are asked to attend special events and pay to enter them
5. copy and paste scripts are given out and lots of emojis are used
6. they ask you to bring in 15 friends to practice pitching too
7. they encourage these friends to sign with them
8. they profit off you and your friends
9. then you can profit off other people and their friends

The interview processes was after an orientation at one of their offices and was fairly easy and focused on filling out information and running a background check. The interviewer made the processes fairly friendly
