The interview went well, so I thought. I was advised by the senior executive that I was the top candidate. However, after my LI profile was reviewed, it appears that the senior executive no longer has an interest in me or that I am no longer the top candidate/fit for the position. My experience and job qualifications were outlined in my resume and my LI profile reflects the same. The only major difference between my resume and LI profile is my photo. As a suggestion, the LI profile should be reviewed for screening purposes along with the resume before an interview is conducted by a hiring manager.
