I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Primerica (Paramus, NJ) in Apr 2014
Interview
I walked into the primerica building in piramus New Jersey doing some work for another job. I was approached by one of the senior sales reps in the building, we started talking at first then he asked if i wanted job. He was throwing crazy numbers out telling me i could make $700 a sale and that one of the employees in his office had closed a deal for a investment account rollover and make $40,000. Sounded like he was just trying to paint me a picture perfect fairy tail. But he backed up most of his statements with photos or other employee testimonials. He showed me some pictures of him on Hawaii with his company which he stated he received as his bonus. Seems like a great company for some one who has lot's of entrepreneurial drive and is willing to chase after leads. You are asked for $100 up front if you want to get you license so you can sell insurances and after that you receive an email saying you have to pay $25 for your online website and marketing tools. I think i will follow through with it and see how much money can be made and how legit the companies products are.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Primerica (Atlanta, GA) in Nov 2024
Interview
I met with a rep over zoom call and we spoke about Primerica's mission, origin, and and job responsibilities. They explained everything thoroughly. I am really happy to be able to work from home. I can't wait to start.
Watching a sales video of a head hauncho trying to make you believe you can just fall into a six figure position with a financial management company... I will never entrust someone with my money and future plans who comes off the street, gets a certificate in 3 months or less.
