I was under the impression that I would be taking inbound calls concerning customer accounts but this is basically a sales job. The person interviewing me was 15 minutes late and gave a long winded presentation about how they help families to consolidate their debt. They didn't ask me anything about my background which lead me to believe that they don't really care about who they hire, they just need folks desperate enough to work.
