I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Primerica (Fort Worth, TX) in May 2015
Interview
I entered ten minutes ahead of my scheduled interview time and was greeted and asked to fill out a basic form which I completed, then I waited for forty five minutes to meet with the interviewer, She asked basic questions that you'd usually expect then showed me that it was a very large pyramidal company design.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why would our company be interested in you as the training cost is fairly high?
the more they talked, the more obvious a Ponzi scheme it was. They tried to say it was how all companies worked, but Multi level Marketing is just plain shady.

Question 1
they didn't even ask anything before I left, the interviewer seemed personally offended when I mentioned how it sounded like a pyramid scheme.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Primerica (Cincinnati, OH) in Feb 2023
Interview
This whole process was a waste of my time. The whole company is literally a pyramid scheme, they have agents who try to onboard new employees, and upon you becoming an employee you must purchase a software package among other things. The employee who interviews you gets a kickback on this, and none of this was hard to figure out once I stepped in the door for the interview, but prior to the interview process they were selective with what they said.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Primerica (Oakland, NJ) in Sep 2021
Interview
It's not a real interview. They make it feel like it is, but it's a pitch. They tell you all the good stuff about the company and then asks if you want to join and the cost of join would be. They try to make you choose that very instance and pressure you as to why not.
