Interviewer provided a PowerPoint presentation on what the position would be like, this lasted 5 minutes. He asked me around 5 questions, then provided time for me to ask questions at the end. Entire interview was in Spanish.

I had a phone screen and was told that this company makes people pay for their own background checks in order to see how serious they are about working there. I've never heard of such a thing. Whole thing seemed sketchy from the jump.
