1. they add you onto a zoom call that appears as an interview and are wary of mentioning their name and then have you pay for an IBA and a subscription to "access" their website once they believe you're sold on working ther 2. they quickly sign you in order to get your money intially 3. training is strongly encouraged and you are told to study for your license 4. you are asked to attend special events and pay to enter them 5. copy and paste scripts are given out and lots of emojis are used 6. they ask you to bring in 15 friends to practice pitching too 7. they encourage these friends to sign with them 8. they profit off you and your friends 9. then you can profit off other people and their friends 10. financial freedom!

I was told i was supposed to talk about what the company was turned out it was an interview and a sales pitch rethinking accepting the job offer because i was told differently and fining out some weird stuff on the internet about them

The interview processes was after an orientation at one of their offices and was fairly easy and focused on filling out information and running a background check. The interviewer made the processes fairly friendly
