Interview
One of the easiest, stress-free interviews I've ever been on in my life. During the interview they provide details about the company, what they do, how they help people, the positions available, the pay scale, etc. Also they ask about your goals and desires to find out if you'd be a good fit for the position, while giving you the opportunity to ask any and all questions that you have. Very quick, next day turn around to find out if you're hired or not and to give you time to decide if you want to move forward or not, or if you have anymore questions.
