I would not call it an interview as they are actually offering you a job. You have to pay $99 to first join the company. They say its for a background check. They want to know if you know alot of people and ask you to list your references but when they call your references they try to schedule an appointment with them to either recruit them or sell them a policy. They then ask you to generate a list of your friends and family to call.
