Not really an interview process, just connected through people I knew in my apartment complex and I just so happened to have my Life insurance licenses already. Interview process was very simple and easy onboarding process. They basically just get you signed up with the company and after that you just have to meet a quota.
It wasn't a direct interview, more like an orientation session where they gave a brief rundown of the company and what our possibilities could be. It was through Zoom and there was multiple of us attending the session. Afterwards we got a chance to speak to individual leaders and learn more about the timeline of what to do.
