I applied online. I interviewed at Primerica (Rock Island, IL) in Apr 2026
Interview
Easy and suspicious and actually i don’t know why it’s only commission based and it was the reason why i declined the offer which is a fined that is not fair to work for commission you to get at least a based salary on top of the commission
The interview was awful and there was no structure at all. The whole thing seemed robotic like and the interviewer seemed to just be reading questions off of a sheet of paper.
The interview process was not too difficult, the bosses and management were easy to talk too and ask questions. I went in with knowledge of the company and the things they do and did pretty well.
