      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Princess Cruises (Buenos Aires)

      Interview

I submitted my CV to the Argentinian representative of Princess Cruises, called Selection Partners. They called me for a brief interview and asked me to pay for a course (about USD400,00) to "prepare" me for the final interview with the head of HR in Santa Clarita. I personally didn't like the process, as the personnel at that office at first tried to give me the lowest job in the company (buffet assistant), telling me I could ask to relocate once onboard (which is not true at all). Despite my previous work experience ( vast experience in admin work in the tourism industry), I had to insist in getting a admin position (as I didn't have any buffet experience!). The head of the HR in US was surprised they were trying to put me in for that position, and moved me right away to an admin position, which I got. The questions were rather easy, mostly about my previous experience and what kind of difficulty I encountered there.
