I interviewed with a Human Resources representative and then individually with the hiring manager. I spent about 2 hours there. It was a standard interview but I was also asked to provide writing sample. I heard back from HR within 10 days and started about two weeks later. I think there was a little less scrutiny because I came from a temp agency that screened me first.
