I applied online. I interviewed at Procore Technologies (Austin, TX) in May 2017
Interview
1. Phone screening with a recruiter - lasted about 15 minutes and she immediately scheduled my next phone interview with a hiring manager.
2. FaceTime call with a hiring manager - approx 45 minutes, very relaxed vibe.
3. In-office interview with a hiring manager and a Senior Customer Success Manager - approx 1 hour; very laid back, friendly conversation. Some tough questions, but they didn't grill me.
4. Another in-office interview - this part got kind of weird because the recruiter asked me to meet with a different hiring manager for a different position. I emailed her to clarify which position I was interviewing for and it was a little weird to be completely kept in the dark about why they were interviewing me for another position.
5. After interviewing with 2 hiring managers for 2 different positions, I waited 2 weeks to hear anything.
6. I finally received the call from my manager - I got the offer (for the first role I had interviewed for) and happily accepted!
