Interview
Very friendly staff. Started off with a screening call (approx 15 min over the phone) and then did 2 interviews. Both interviews involved lots of behavioral questions and one of them involved a cold call role play. Apart from seeking someone with sales capabilities they certainly care about finding the right culture fit.
