First you apply, and then you are invited to do a cognitive test online which takes some time and has various rounds, and then the interview afterwards. Was a bit challenging, but overall a good experience.

The interview was behaviour based, with the interviewers going into great detail of your past experiences. The entire process was two rounds, the second with senior management. The first interview was with 2 middle management.
