Long and a lot of steps and tests, math test, English test and leader profile test. 3 interviews with different people, first human resources, second brand director and last with marketing directors.

Step 1: Online assesment (personality part And mathematical / logical reasoning part). Step 2: 3 interviews in total (of one hour each). The interview questions are behavioural (tell me about a time when...) And situational (What would you do in X situation).
