There was an online test that was required to be completed twice. Once at home, and the second at their office. After the tests, the next stage was three separate, one on one, interviews with the p&g employees. The questions are the same across the interviewers. They start and end with 99% of the same questions.

Extensive interview process with three different people (HR, Team Leader level, Sales Director level) - need to be prepared to answer both practical and hypothetical scenario questions, and always provide context for previous experiences

Me postulé en línea y aproximadamente 1 mes después me contactaron por teléfono desde Rumania para concertar una entrevista remota con el equipo en España.
La entrevista fue con 2 directores de venta y duró unos 50 min y se desarrolló en las siguientes fases:
* Presentación de todos.
* Ahondar en algunas posiciones de mi experiencia profesional.
* Preguntas de basadas en mi experiencia, de tipo: una oportunidad en la que te enfrentaste a un proyecto desconocido, alguna ocasión en la que fallaste, un proceso que mejoré.
* Casos hipotéticos como que haría si mi jefe me llama y me dice que debo entregar el proyecto mañana y aún me quedaba una semana para culminarlo.
