Behavioural questions like mentioned by others. During the interview they stated that I would not ever be offered the opportunity to move to a different function or geographic office and that the position entails 6 months internship in Rome and then a "on the field" role for a year.

The process is divided as follows: CV scanning, 2 assessment test online and 3 interviews with more senior roles. They are very friendly but also very professional, so that you can relax but have to pay close attention to the questions and to your answers
