You have to go through three interviews and the questions are not out of the ordinary but in line with the company values so they are particular on how you answer and your leadership experience. They also ask a lot of follow up questions to clarify on your answer.

I have applied in p&g careers website. I got the link to complete the pymetric test, a game-based assessment. After completing the exam I got a call from HR after 15 days. She scheduled the interview after 3 days. and the second round is the situational and behavioral interview In this there was a pattern that we have to follow while answering the questions and we have to explain an example of that question and have to tell with star technique which includes, situation,task,action and result. If we qualify, there will be a technical interview followed by HR.

Situational and behavioural round: 1. Tell me about yourself 2. Questions regarding projects,internships and certifications 3. Tell me the time when you got problem being in a team. 4.Tell me the time when you innovated something new 5.Tell me the time when you solved a conflict being in a team 6.Tell me the time when you made people learn on particular subject. 7. Tell me the time when you accomplished a difficut task. 8. interviwer gives a difficult situation and asks about how we handle that particular situation.
