Difficult to pass the first round PEAK performance assessment and getting a first round interview is the hardest part. After that it’s all behavioral and situational questions that test whether you match company values and are a strong candidate in the applicant pool.

2 or 3 Interviews, they helped coach me along to feel more confident for each one. Only behavioral questions and really friendly interviewers. Had two interviewers for each interview and didn't learn what location I would be placed in til the final one.
