Interview
First you meet with the Program Director (typically good people). Then you meet with the clinical director. It is an easy interview, where the values of the company are explained. However, once hired, you will find that it the "values" are a facade and do not actually represent the agency. You will be hired quickly and want to quit within a year or less.
You interview with different levels of care to get an idea of all the programs available and various questions are asked based on who is asking. I was an internal hire and so I already knew about many of the programs. Much of the interview was casual and about how comfortable I feel directing and training others.
