Interview
I applied online. Got a phone call from the recruiter. She did not seem professional - talked over me, and talked down to me. Did not hear back for 5 weeks despite chasing. Apparently both the recruiter and the hiring manager were on leave.
Then got asked to come in for a face to face interview with team lead and hiring manager. After that, had a phone call with the Director.
They gave me the offer a few days later. I sent an email asking for clarification of some aspects. Three days later, on a Friday afternoon, I get an email from the recruiter saying they were withdrawing the offer due to "recent and unexpected organizational changes," with no other information given. I ask her to call me - no response. I ring her several times through the course of the day - no response. Try to get in touch with both interviewers - no response.
Unprofessional and shameful behaviour.

Interview
Recruiter call, then another call with HR, and then an interview with future manager on premises. They sent me the offer, which I accepted and sent back. After a month of silence, they rescind it and say position no longer open.
