Interview
Very short and quick procedure - being contacted by the recruiter to seeing the hiring manager and the internal recruiter mere days passed. The interview as informal and based more on personality than skill. If you fit their company culture, you almost have the job in the bag. Skills can be learnt, personality can not.
The company sent an offer out fairly quickly after the interview. Getting through the security background check took about two weeks.
