Prove interview questions

The recruitment process began with a competent initial round with the hiring manager, only to collapse into a pathetic, unprofessional farce during the second stage. The Senior Product Manager arrived late, hadn't bothered to read my CV, and was utterly ignorant of the technical platform. I was forced to interview him for twenty-five minutes just to fill the silence before he rushed through a scorecard he'd somehow forgotten about. It was a shambolic, insulting display of incompetence that wasted my time and exposed a total lack of internal coordination and respect for candidates. I was then informed that I had not been successful, despite a successful interview with the hiring manager. Insulting.

1. Recruiter call which took almost a month to schedule [YELLOW flag] 2. After which, hiring manager round took another month, that's because they were busy. Essentially lot of internal restructuring happened [RED flag] but hiring manager seemed open enough to share about the restructuring so they get some points. Mostly behavioral and background based 3. Final round consisted of 3 rounds - 1 focused on ML System Design where the interviewer really wanted me to mention some keywords to make them happy. But they shared about issues within org, lot of misalignment on priorities and lack of accountability [RED flag again] 2 focused on ML platform walkthrough, simple enough 3 Coding round which was supposed to be basic coding but interviewer was an absolutely inexperienced interviewer and clearly referring to ChatGPT solution, they couldn't differentiate between dynamic programming and a pointer based solution. They didn't even want to give me the time to solve the problem, instead interrupted throughout and essentially behaved that they were too busy to attend the interview and attend "important" work calls midway through the interview. Extremely disappointing interview but reflects on how the company is operating. Glad to have dodged the bullet. [Cannot get more RED flag than this]
