Competitive pay and they invest a lot in their marketing

Cons

very toxic work culture (hidden within buzz words and attempts to cover it up) , work/life balance doesn't exist, constant fire-drills, no warnings prior to letting people go, and EXTREMELY high turn-over rates for their employees: ie; they don't truly care about their staff or the family's of those they hire.

super toxic work culture with micro managers. They have no life outside work and make sure you work round the clock by called it 'flexible work hours'. No career progression path. Below market rate salary
