4 interviews - one initial and 3 follow up. questions on specific actuarial knowledge about the role like coding and reserves. difficult questions and required on the spot answers. SQL questions like what are the joins and how are they used.

I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter. The recruiter set up an interview with an associate. It was only 30 minutes and had a hard stop. Was definitely not the best experience I have had. I never heard back even though I reached out multiple times to both the interviewer and hr recruiter.
