Interview is structured around pre-set questions by a three-person panel. They are open-ended questions aimed at getting you to share on your work style, culture and beliefs. So I supposed they more concerned with fit than technical or skill competency for the job.

Question 1
You are told you will be given a pre-set time and asked to demonstrate your competency at advanced Excel functions, such as macros, pivot tables and others, saving your work to an Excel file at a terminal.

Interview
I applied on 7/30 and was invited for an interview on 9/21. The interview was with a panel of 3 people and consisted of several finance related questions that I was allowed to review prior to the interview.
On 10/18 I was invited back for a second interview where I gave a presentation on a past budget document I had prepared. At the conclusion of the interview we discussed next steps and I left with the understanding that a decision would be made the following week. I sent a follow up email on 11/6 to express my continued interest in the position and to check the status of my application. I have not yet received a response.
