Horrible interview pattern. they will give you one case study for everybody from junior associate to director. It's about some oil shipping from place a to place b. Will ask you 5 to 6 questions.

As expected, i found sapient hiring process very professional and competitive. It lasted for around 5 hours, with a case study, detailed questions to understand why a particular approach was taken etc. however there are way too many rounds before a candidate can be finalized. There was some extra delays which could have been avoided!
