Long, drawn out and not efficient. Interviewers - namely a specific manager whom thought that they knew the world about their area, was rather un-intelligent and balked at industry wisdom and experience. Seemed to be more of a leader or potential leader who had a very very very narrow mindset. Senior leadership was involved and that proved to be quite entertaining. Each one who interviewed presumed that they were interviewing me for 2 different positions. Quite comical, I must say. The first senior leader also balked at my first hand industry experience and wisdom and stayed fast to their academic perspective with limited or no true application. The other senior leader was trying too hard to get me to like them. Knowledgeable - probably the only one of those three who made any sense.
