Interview
A phone screen. Basic behavioral questions, questions on the state of the commodity market-- energy specifically, and an emphasis on excel knowledge. There was no in person interview, but that was because I was based out of the region. For those in the area, there would likely be an in person interview. There was a panel of 2 managers on the phone screen, although both were very laid back.

Applied online and received a phone interview asking for availability for in-person interview.
It was a two person panel. They showed me around the office, asked general, nothing too tricky.
Did not get the offer possibly because they are looking for people on the business side, not engineering.
