Phone Interview from recruiter was short, asked questions like "Why Pulte" "Why You" basic personality questions. Went on to interview with Purchasing Director a week later. They were creating a position so they were not in a rush to fill it. Overall it was a great experience, although in other reviews they mentioned there was a panel, I did not have that.
