I interviewed at Q2 Software
Interview
I applied through placement institution, there are 3 rounds. 1.hacker earth consisting mcqs and video uploading. 2.technical round. 3.techno-managerial round. I shortilisted for technical interview at their bangalore office at 2:00 pm. the interview process was not proffessional.and the i was highly dissappointed with the my interview .they took my interview just for name sake.It was really really bad. the interviewer was randomly asking unnecessary questions. they are taking advantage of job seekers.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Q2 Software in Sep 2024
Interview
I was initially very impress with their interview process and the company itself, as it was moving quickly and everyone was responsive and nice. However, I was extremely disappointed that their recruiter didn't communicate when they were closing in on their headcount. I was scheduled for all rounds only to receive feedback that they have filled all position. I would have appreciated more clarify and common respect for candidate's time.
