The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Qorvo (Hillsboro, OR) in Jul 2016
Interview
Two short phone interviews and one in-person interview that lasted three hours. During the in-person interview I had to meet with nine different people separately in groups of one and two and each group asked me just about the same question. I had to repeat my experience for "tell me about yourself" at least six times in one morning. I thought it was a bit uncoordinated and excessive for a mid-level position. Everyone was very friendly though.

Upon completion was met by the recruiter that explained the next steps, and when to anticipate a final decision.

Interview
I didn't have a positive experience interviewing at Qorvo. First, it was the phone interview with the Recruiter that went well, and then the phone interview with the Hiring Manager 3 weeks later. After that, I was scheduled for in-person interview which I met with 4 different groups separately. We went through the behavioral and skills questions. The whole interview process took 3 hours. I was told that there will be a decision soon, but never received any updates regarding the final decision. I followed up with an email couple times, but no respond was provided. Very unprofessional to leave candidates hanging after the interview. It leaves me wondering if the company is either very disorganized or worse, lacks a sense of respect for people.
