Interview
A brief HR phone call leading to an hour phone call with hiring manager, leading to onsite interview with 360 team. Had to chase the HR contact for a few weeks to get their determination. Felt like I would not have heard anything if I had not followed up with them.

Question 1
Interview within the management chain and the team I would be leading went well. A couple of interviews with Directors outside of what I would be doing came across as odd. They did not seem to understand the role I was applying for and what qualifications they were to discuss with me regarding my fit and thoughts for the role.
Very Thorough and long. You need to have several rounds of interviews of different people from different departments before a decision can be made. Ever person you interview assigns a score after interview and contributes to process.
