What ate your strengths that you would bring to your job and how can you overcome obstacles?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Qualcomm (San Diego, CA) in Mar 2016
Interview
A brief HR phone call leading to an hour phone call with hiring manager, leading to onsite interview with 360 team. Had to chase the HR contact for a few weeks to get their determination. Felt like I would not have heard anything if I had not followed up with them.

Interview within the management chain and the team I would be leading went well. A couple of interviews with Directors outside of what I would be doing came across as odd. They did not seem to understand the role I was applying for and what qualifications they were to discuss with me regarding my fit and thoughts for the role.
