3 interviews. After HR phone screening, there was one interview with director, one with director and other manager, one with director, manager, and phone agents. My impression right from the start that this was a company in chaos-mode. Interviewers were often distracted with urgent business elsewhere. All computer systems were down were down during one of the interviews and the director frequently expressed exasperation.
