Specific to the developer position you interviewed for, we did confirm it was listed as “remote” for candidates in the southern California region so as to accommodate periodic visits to our LA office. For the “ghosting” after your interview, the communication flow appears to have broken down and we have already updated our internal process to help address this matter. This is certainly not the standard experience, and we want to ensure there isn’t a repeat of this issue.
