For this position, I applied, and a couple of days later the hiring manager gave me a call to let me know when in-person interviews were being conducted since this process happened during the early stages of the pandemic during lockdown.
I haven't been contacted for two weeks, and I decided to call the manager to follow up and seek my status. The manager appreciated me taking initiative to follow up, and two weeks later she invited me to interview in-person.
During the interview she was getting a feel of my personality, and she asked a few questions, then sent me over to do a typing test, whether you passed your typing test or not, they will let you know if you are hired at the end of the interview process. I passed my typing test, and I heard that they'll give you another opportunity to take your typing test if you don't pass.
