I interviewed for their vertical Modernize. This is one of the first interviews I had when I started applying for jobs. I had prepared extensively for the general interviewing process before I started applying but I was really shocked at how in-depth the recruiter Justin went with my experience and insightful questions. I thought I performed terribly but I got an interview with the hiring manager. It was really casual and she seemed really bored with the process. Having learned more about different companies and having clientele who are contractors, I think they're looking for a certain personality - casual, aggressive, and tough.
