R1 RCM Senior Analyst interview questions

It's was clear and good ,Basic question about medical billing and communication skills.For freshers not much questions however for experinence have question related to denial management.Before going for interview prepare or have a look about CPTs and go through basic healthcare terms.

It was a good experience. The selection process, like in any other good MNC, began with a 3 level computer based general aptitude and IQ test, followed by problem solving test series. Performance in these tests was calculated and candidates were shortlisted for the next stage. Then there was a Group Discussion being followed by an Interview. Finally the Overall performance was analysed and the best few were given the Letter of Intent by the company for their selction.
