RCM Healthcare Services Coder interview questions

They contacted me and I was talking with a junior staff recruiter (someone who didnt seem too sure of the process). They then asked me how much money I was making per hour before they even told me what the salary range was for the job I was interested in. Onboarding took almost a month! Instead of getting it all set up in a week- it was every few days they would contact me with something new that needed to be done and it was like running around like a chicken with my head cut off. Very disorganized to get officially hired in. Too many people contacted me- too many hands in the cookie jar. Then it was more of emails then just calling you to make it quick and set in stone!
