Interview
The interview process was easy and congenial. I felt at ease right away. I met the broker and owner. Both were thorough in their questioning. I was introduced to the agents who were in the building at the time and given a job description. It was one of the easiest interviews I have had.

I came to the office after an invitation from the company. I Had a personality, skill test including world, excel and typing test and interview. Very professional process and average interview questions.

Interview
Some indeed assessments and then had to go into the office for a skills and personality test. Basically a stack of papers testing your personality with rating attributes on a scale of 1-4. Basic math, grammar, IQ test. Typing test.
Then a short interview asking about previous experience, and why I want the job.
A test on the computer that involved googling contact info and how to use basic Microsoft word.
The final interview was with 6 people asking questions about strengths and weaknesses, hobbies and volunteer experience.
They offered me the position and we negotiated a wage.
