I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at REI Systems (Mountain View, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
I applied on Indeed and received a call less than half an hour later. Went through a short Q&A with the recruiter, than didn't hear back for a week. I emailed the recruiter and received no reply. Three weeks later I got a call asking if I was still on the market and available for a phone interview with three people. I had the interview a few days later. Again, I got radio silence for nearly two weeks. I was finally given an on-site interview at the client's. The questions were your standard, uncreative interview questions. Google "top 10 most common interview questions" and you'll have everything you need. I received an offer a week later and accepted, though I regret it.

Question 1
Standard cliche interview questions: What excited you about this role? Where do you see yourself in five years? How have your previous roles prepared you for this role?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at REI Systems (Sterling, VA)
Interview
Series of phone screenings with logic and general questions.
Then an in-person interview with two project managers and the business unit director. Some tough questions were asked, and the logic questions weren't too bad - obviously it is good to get the correct answers, but reason through the questions out loud, and you'll be fine.

Question 1
How would I plan out an employee's time, taking into consideration vacations, multiple task orders, and the budget ceilings.
