I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at RGIS (Sydney) in Nov 2021
Interview
Very easy. They were mainly looking to hire more people due to job nature. Didn’t ask anything, more like a training day on how to do the job right. Try to be on time, if not that’s fine. They didn’t ask anything about you, as long as you can work and be committed to the shifts you choose, they’re happy.

Interview
It was simple, nice people, have good idea of what the job entailed. The interview also includes going to a nearby store that you have to turn up to yourself. Then you have to carry out a few hours of work to check if you are capable.
Brief assessment coupled with short questions pertaining to basic inventory functions. Assessment involved practical tasks such as counting items on a shelf. The whole process took about 40 minutes and I was notified of my outcome within 2 weeks thereafter.
