After application I was called in to a group interview with 10 other candidates, almost all of whom were hired after ascertaining that they had no physical defects preventing their capability to perform the job.

Interview
The interview process involved a short maths test, which covered basic maths such as counting objects, subtraction, multiplication and division. This was followed by a brief interview which covered very basic questions. I was then tested on accuracy/speed in relation to the job, which involved scanning some products on a shelf.

Responded to an add on seek.com.au which redirected to their careers website. You then filled out their online forms and then completed a thorough online questionnaire. Next you were contacted for a phone interview and a personal interview with a speed and accuracy and maths test.
