I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at RH (Chicago, IL) in Jun 2015
Interview
Was given a great interview and was told we'd make a great connection. I was told I would be contacted within 3-5 days after the Store leader returned to see which position I would best for. With 11 years of directly related
experience, I was never even given the courtsey of a return phone call. I received another job offer so I did not pursue them, but as a manager, the thought of not calling someone after an interview whether with good or bad news, would be unprofessional. VERY disappointing and somewhat disrespectful.

I wasn't asked any "real" interview questions except about my background. It was a very casual interview.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at RH (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2013
Interview
Sent an Online application but I got lucky that a job fair was being held, and was able to get face time with interviers. I had two rounds of interviews with instore and coporate personel, every one was very professional, down to earth, and it was one of the most relxed interviews for a big corporation I have ever been apart of,Unorganized process, it is very obvious that the company is restructuring. which is great for potential employment.
Have gone on 7 interviews and we are still going! Have another interview scheduled. The process is none like any other job I have interviewed for. No idea what position they are interviewing me for as we just keep going up the ladder. They are very vague in answering what rep of position you will be hired for.
