Was contacted by an existing employee to find out if I was interested in the role, telephone interview then formal interview. The people were friendly and engaging, clearly passionate about their business and were seeking to attract the best people to their team. Interview was less formal than most that I've attended. The tone of the questions and conversation were positive - not designed to catch you out or weed out candidates. They checked for skills and experience, and then focuses on cultural and team fit.
